We do not entertain Returns or Exchanges as we are a make-to-order brand. Each garment is hand made by our skilled artisans only after confirmation of an order.
However, Returns and Exchange of any ARG DESIGN (I) PVT. LTD. product is only possible under the following conditions:
- DAMAGED GOODS:
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our warehouse. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must inform us regarding damaged products via email within 2 working days of receiving the product with images and videos (preferred). Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork. - INCORRECT ORDERS:
If the product received is not what was originally ordered, please reach out to us with your order number and images on orders@akankshagajria.in. We will have the corrected order shipped to you within 15 working days after receiving the wrongly sent merchandise. The wrongly sent merchandise should be in its original form and packaging, unused and undamaged.
Once we receive the return product, it undergoes a quality check. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
The returned good must contain all labels, tags, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. ARG DESIGN (I) PVT. LTD. reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.

TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE
ARG DESIGN (I) PVT. LTD. will not incur the shipping or insurance or custom charges on returned/exchanged products. The shipping charges are to be borne by the customer to & fro.
We recommend the parcel is shipped via a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
All returns will be on credit basis only. A credit note valid for 3 months will be shared via email address provided by the customer. The credit note will not include shipping handling charges.
Should your order be customized (in-style or measurement) there will be no return/exchange under any circumstances, except if a completely different order is sent to you.
Should there be any modification of an existing order, it needs to be informed to us within 7 days from the order is confirmed. We will try our best to accomodate the request but cannot guarantee the modification.

REFUNDS
All refunds are made by the way of a credit note only. If you wish to return or exchange your order because of one of the reasons mentioned above and approved by our QC team, you will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store.
Please note credit notes issued online are valid for 3 months from the date of issue of the credit note.
CANCELLATION
We do not entertain cancellation of orders.
There will be no cash or online payment refund for cancellation of order.
