Founded in November 2015, the Akanksha Gajria label speaks for all things colourful & feminine, graceful with an innate flair for dramatics.
The Label is best known for its primary influence of colour, evoking versatility & fusing it with cultural ethnicity that the brand originates from. The goal is to make her #AGSociety feel happy & confident.
Who is #AGSociety? The answer lies in the DNA of the Label which is filled with happy contradictions, riot of colour. Paraded with a certain abandon via the medium of hand created tie & dye fabrics, shining & reflective intentions through hand embellished mirror embroidery along with a strong sense of individuality.

A graduate from Raffles Design International, Mumbai, her fashion journey began in 2007 assisting Fashion mogul & Indian Film industry’s most celebrated Costume Designer, Manish Malhotra for 6 years. She was the chief stylist for lead actresses on films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express, Rockstar, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, to name a few.
